Suzette's Cafe

Ordered 2 eggs and toast, staff was friendly and welcoming! Food came fast, cooked perfectly and coffee is great!! Definitely recommended place to stop!

It's almost impossible to find a place these days that offers reasonably priced, consistently delicious and convenient food that isn't greasy fast food. Suzette's is an absolute gem! Their BLTs really hit the spot - the bacon is smoky and thick with a perfect texture every time. The schnitzel sandwich is also fantastic, and the blend of veggies they add really puts it over the top. I love that they use local Cobs bread - I can't resist the sourdough! The soups are also delicious. Thank you Suzette's for being my breakfast/lunch saviour.

Update Dec 21/24Since my previous review, they continue to amaze and delight! My husband is addicted to the Korean pork and when I p/u my lunch I usually bring it home for dinner now. Haha I'm lucky to get any. They also have a bunch of new dessert squares which are just as addicting. They do a chicken Katsu with curry that's very well done and their chicken Blt sandwiches are so good too! The chicken sandwiches are made with the schnitzel and pounded until tender and thin, lightly fried and crispy. The specials are typically served with salad but you can have soup instead.The specials change every day- so usually 2-4 hot dishes plus 2 soups rotating daily. In addition, there's a sandwich bar menu with many different types of hot and cold sandwiches and made fresh to order. (Salads are as well) U can choose your toppings and dressings and select between different bread types, or different buns, or a wrap.The dessert available fluctuates- usually they have a selection of a few of these; lemon coconut, Nanaimo bar, oat fudge, triple chocolate brownie, peanut butter bar, Rocky road and then a selection of huge cookies - peanut butter dipped in chocolate, oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip. Chips, candy bars, gum and beverages tooThe service is really what makes this place stand out. It's a well oiled machine for one; they all work in amongst each other very well, and know where the next staff is going to move next. They are super fast and efficient even with a huge line I've never waited long. They're super sweet and accommodating and so friendly! They try to accommodate anything you ask of them and never seem put out. I'm here every week as a result of the service. In a world where service seems to be lacking and most fast casual places full of either under trained or uninterested staff, this place is a gem! Oh, and it's SUPER CLEAN! Even when they're super busy the place is spotless. Both behind the line and in the restaurant area. It's an open kitchen and prep area too and it's literally kept impeccable and they have fantastic hygiene. Well done!Thank you :)

The food is excellent, the staff is amazing, very lovely people, everything is always clean. If you’re in Port Coquitlam (or anywhere else close) around lunch on Thursdays, do yourself a favour and try the spicy pork with rice. Usually the best meal I eat all week. Everything else is great too.

The team at Suzette's was fantastic - they did not hesitate to make things happen with a very early morning breakfast for the crew. Food was delish. THANK YOU!

Good prices, good people, good food. Get the schnitzel

I came here a couple years ago when I was in the area for a construction project and was back again for another! The meal we had this time was as good as I remembered. You order at the front and as the sandwich or wrap is being made, you pay at the cashier counter on the left. We got the schnitzel sandwich with a hamburger soup and a chicken caesar wrap with the cream of mushroom soup. It was so filling and one of the best places to eat at in this industrial area. Definitely my go to cafe whenever I'm in the area for projects.

A friend told me about suzettes cafe here In poco. Wow place is great for lunch. Had the lasagna and salad first time and now the Alfredo children penne with salad wow awesome taste and good potion size. Will definitely return and recommend anyone who wants home cooked food and friendly staff.
